School Atalaião - class 1

Students of Atalaião School worked in the use of traditional local agricultural

products in the Mediterranic diet.

They visited Portalegre City Market

and learned about traditional products and their importance

in a balanced and healthy diet.

They measured their weight and high  and their body mass.

They made fruit salad and they took it home

for a healthy afternoon snack with their family.
