It's
November in Verdikoussa; the weather has got worse, the wind blows with fury,
the clouds thicken, thunder and lightning strike the sky. The thick raindrops
fall with momentum on the thirsty soil. The storm spreads over the houses of
mountainous Verdikoussa, which is left to its power.
The children observe behind the glass, into the classrooms. They're waiting for
the burrow to stop.
There!
After the storm, a rainbow appears like the joy of God, with bright and shining
colours. The rainbow, a sign that nature has broken out and now it calms
down.
The pupils of Verdikoussa's primary school are talking, observing,
brainstorming. They're thinking that " today nature has shown us its
strength and beauty.... let's make our own rainbow, for our fellow pupils in... France, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Latvia, Spain and Portugal".
Greetings from Greece!
